3 . Download / ask for a Booking Form - To avoid disappointment, only send a booking form if you have called us first to confirm availability.

4 . Complete your details, including the medical form, about your group, and return it to Re-Union at:

• 30 Westburn Grove, Wester Hailes, Edinburgh, EH14 2SA

5 . Include full payment to secure your booking.

6 . Re-Union staff will contact you and help plan your trip.
