Summerhall Drinks Lab present a gin tasting with a difference – a two hour sailing on the Union Canal sampling premium Scottish gins. Sample five gins of varied styles, each served as a neat sample and then as a mixed drink or cocktail, as the informative hosts educate you about each product, botanicals, production, and the fascinating history of gin from its origins to modern day.
